10 Tips for glowing skin

Beauty, as they say, is only a matter of skin, but having healthy skin is not just about beauty. Here are 10 ways to keep your skin healthy and radiant.

1. Avoid long showers with boiling water
Instead, take shorter, cooler showers. Long, hot showers dry the skin and deprive it of its protective oils. So, do not exceed 10 minutes, with warm water.

2. Put Aloe vera gel every day
Spread a little Aloe Vera gel on your dry skin areas every day. Aloe vera acids attack dead skin cells and accelerate the healing process. Get a ready-to-use product or cut the end of an aloe leaf and split it to freeze and spread it over the dry areas.

3. Put garlic in all your dishes
In 1996, a Danish study showed that garlic-grown skin cells had a lifespan seven times longer than those that had not been treated. They also looked younger and healthier than others. In addition, garlic extracts strongly inhibit the growth of cancerous skin cells

4. Drink a lot of orange juice
Orange juice is rich in vitamin C, essential for the manufacture of collagen, which helps to keep skin soft and fresh. Guava, kiwi and red pepper are also good sources of vitamin C

5. One scrub a day
Rub each day with a cloth squash to get rid of hair and other dandruff. In your shower, rub in small circles on irregularities and scales of skin to remove the dead cells.

6. Take multivitamins
Several nutrients are vital for the health of the skin, including vitamins A, B and C. To get your dose, the safest way is to eat healthy, and to take daily vitamin supple

7. Down the legs!
Your hands touch so many things, and they are real sensors of dust and germs. Rubbing your eyes, scratching your cheek, or supporting your chin, your hands contaminate your face. Similarly, to talk on the phone, use a headset or headset.

8. Change moisturizer depending on the season
In each season its moisturizer. When you take off your winter coat, take a powerful moisturizer, and when you only wear a t-shirt, use a lighter moisturizer.

9. Avoid excess oil
Matify the skin of your face by powdering it to absorb excess oil. Do not use compacted powder as it already contains oil.

10. Choose your products
In beauty products, stay simple, especially if you have sensitive skin. Avoid products containing dye and perfume, those that foam and those labeled "antibacterial" on their labels.
